Positive Reset of Warren is a mental health and wellness franchise. The owners had just signed the franchise agreement and were building their presence in Warren, NJ from the ground up. They needed to fill the specialists’ schedules with real clients, build local brand recognition, and establish a solid presence across all digital platforms.

The focus was on attracting consistent client flow while building brand awareness locally and strengthening the online presence for long-term growth. Being new to the market, empty appointment slots directly translated into lost revenue each week.
What We Did
First we made them look like they’d been there for years. We built out Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business from scratch with consistent branding, visuals that reflected the practice’s personality, and every local SEO detail dialed in.
Then came paid campaigns on Meta. We launched multiple campaigns across Facebook and Instagram targeting local audiences in Warren, NJ, combining website traffic, lead forms, and messaging objectives. In just 1.5 months, the campaigns generated 90 qualified leads, reaching over 37,000 impressions. The creative never stayed the same for long we continuously tested and replaced anything that started losing steam.
On the organic side we handled full SEO setup on the website and launched a steady flow of articles written to rank for the searches their future clients were already making.
